Hello! I'm a researcher and analyst with 15 years of experience, having lived and worked in Pakistan, Malaysia, Australia, Russia, and the United States. I started my career in multinational companies across Asia and Australia before moving into the UN system, where I spent seven years at UNDP. I examine processes, assess risk, and translate complex information into clear recommendations, whether for senior management, technical teams, or external audiences.

My work spans digital policy, strategic communications, and monitoring and evaluation. I've conducted field research, built assessment frameworks, developed risk registries, managed campaigns, and reviewed everything from briefing notes to published reports. What ties it together is a persistent interest in effectiveness — figuring out what works, how to measure it, and how to do it more efficiently. I tend to favor fewer, better indicators over exhaustive measurement, and I'm skeptical of metrics that exist because data is available rather than because they tell you something useful. I hold a Master's in International Crime and Justice and a Master's in Marketing, with additional training in monitoring and evaluation.
